Shipping of your order
All shipments (to Spain, Europe and other destinations) of your Maria Inc. purchases are made by well-known and reliable carriers.
With a few exceptions, parcels are usually dispatched the next day, or within two or three working days of your order. You will always receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.
For shipments outside Spain, the only shipping option available is the “Trackable” option to avoid packet loss or delays.
At the time of payment, you will be able to choose between tracked delivery and in-person collection.
In-person collection is possible in Barcelona, Spain, or at festivals, fairs, etc. in which we participate. Please contact us in advance by e-mail.
We take particular care with our packaging to ensure that your books arrive in the condition in which we sent them.
Our packaging will always include bubble wrap (film or envelope) and a cardboard box.
Refund and return
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging (film) and sent with the same care that we gave it.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or refused.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at email@example.com.
To return your product, you should email us to obtain our physical address in Barcelona, Spain.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
